Individual & Couples Therapy
We see adults 18 + for a range of presenting issues including: depression, anxiety, trauma, insomnia, bipolar, substance use issues, perfectionism and eating disorders.
We utilise a mix of evidence-based approaches - e.g., CBT, DBT exercises, ACT, Motivational Interviewing & Schema Therapy. Please note, we do not offer a full DBT program.

Letter or report writing, reviewing of reports or results can be charged pro-rata our hourly rate. Please note we do not complete medico-legal reports or write character references.
Presentations
Kate & Jen have developed a variety of workshops & presentations on topics such as neurosteroids & women’s mental health; eating disorder assessment & monitoring; workplace wellbeing & behaviour change strategies.
Referrals & Fees.
Current for the 2024-2025 financial year.
We accept referrals from a variety of sources:
GP Mental Health Care Plan or Eating Disorder Management Care Plan. Sessions are $230 but with a valid referral, Medicare provides a rebate of $145, meaning the out-of-pocket cost per session is approx $85. To start with, sessions are normally fortnightly (which means the costs are approx $42 per week).
NDIS plans.
WorkCover.
Couples Therapy. $250 per session. Please note you cannot use your Mental Health Treatment Plan referral to rebate these sessions.
Gold Coast Psychological Services Program. We no longer provide for these services. For those on a concession card and who meet the eligibility criteria, call Primary and Community Care Services Referral and Triage direct on 07 3186 4000. We can also issue invoices for those covered by private health.
